Shipping Rates
All books ship within 24 hours through the US Postal Service.
- USA Customers - $4.75 per book. All books sent by US Priority Mail. Average delivery time is approximately 2 to 4 days.
- Canadian and Mexican Customers - $9.00 per book. All books sent by Priority Mail International. Average delivery time is approximately 5 to 10 days.
- International Customers - $11.00 per book. All books sent by Priority Mail International. Average delivery time is approximately 7 days.
Package Deals
Package deals are also available. There are no added shipping costs associated with the package deals. The purchase price includes all shipping fees.
