Hey, Tim. No, 10th day on the Anabolic diet, I feel pretty damn good man. Yes, weight goes down during the week (2 lbs or so), but I seem to rebound back during the carb days. I read many articles on it, don't have the book!
Yesterday:
1000: 6 scrambled eggs, fish oil
1200: salad (lots veggies) with 4 oz nuts, cod liver oil
1400: 2 tuna cans, 2 tbsp mayo, flax
1600: salad (lots veggies) with 4 oz nuts, fish oil
1900: 8 oz ground beef with spinach

You should trying washing atleast half if not all them meals down with protein shakes and it will probably be alot easier to maintain the size and strength .

Not a bad thought. I'll probably add one in for PWO. See, it doesn't look like much, but I'm getting around 3.5K/day, which is enough to maintain at 190-195.
Today:
Not going to log specific meals, but I am eating lots of banana bread I made last night with good stuff, pumpkin pie, milk, fruits, etc

Today:
0730: 7 scrambled eggs
1200: salad: calamata olives, spinach, carrots, 4 oz walnuts
1600: 8 oz gouda cheese (yummm)
1845: 4 oz calamata olives
2000: salad: calamata olives, spinach, carrots, 4 oz walnuts
2200: steamed asparagus, carrots, mushrooms, 7 boiled eggs
gonna get some blood serum testing done in 3-4 more weeks. I been eating quite a bit (~ 3.3-3.8 kcals on fat days, ~3.5-4K on non fat days...easier to gain on this diet than I originally thought). About 2 lbs heavier than I was 3 weeks ago. Look a tad bit more defined as well.
