I think most fighters would probably do better on two days a week of strength training. That'll give you more time and energy for your fight game as well as giving you more time for recovery.

i had a similar question and my conclusion is that i would just do a max and explosive day. I would keep the most important movements and would switch it up times. I trained MMA 3x and strength 3x. Now my schedule will be 2 days of MMA, strength and conditioning. I will probably get another skill day in on a conditioning day (saturday/sunday). So this new schedule meets my goal and give time to recover.
moreover, reading that conditioning requires more maintenance work then strength. also allowed me to drop a strength day without worries. strength is good for MMA, but I believe conditioning+skill work is king. cause it sucks to be gassing

It's a lot of volume for one session... Why not go with something more basic? 1 push, 1 pull, 1 power-based movement, 1 posterior chain movement and 1 leg-based movement. Might make recovery easier.

I agree with the previous comments. Three days for strength training and conditioning can be too much for your training program.
I would do one day of heavy lifts (squats, deadlifts, bench press, military press) for maximum strength and power, and other day for conditioning (more focused on stamina and muscle resistance), using kettlebells, skipping rope and bodyweight exercises such as pull ups, or just prioritize the areas you want to work more and go for it on both days.
