im doing this log to help me stay motivated nd keep track of my progress

any training and nutrition tips are appreciated

im going to try and update this log everyday




stats:

body weight - 245 pounds

bench max - 225 Pounds

pullups - 0 Now, that's funny

pushups - 30 max

tractor tire flips - 15 max


goals:

body weight - 220

bench max - 240

pullups - 1

pushups - 50

tractor tire flips - 25


i want to reach my goals by July 20th

updating really quick .......... did first 5 days of infinite intensity sample program struggled with pistol squats but loving the program

300 lbs tractor tire flip

Bench press

3 sets-200 lbs

5-4-4

Dumbell clean and press

3 sets- 55 lbs

5-5-5 each arm


Dumbell snatch


3 sets 55 lbs


5-5-5 each arm



Tractor tire flip

3 sets

30 second rest in between

5-5-5



played 6 basketball games 2 on 2 to 12 points half court


Feeling sore but good


Nutrition


was good except I partied :/

Did mma conditioning class at Torres mma academy for an hour




Afternoon



bench pressed 2 sets 160 lbs


12......10 reps



Db clean n press 55 pounds 2 sets


3....3 reps



Db snatch 2 sets 55 lbs

3.....3


Went down on numbers because mma conditioning killed me Now, that's funny
