You ever used this program?

I've heard of it but never known anyone actually do it.

this workout was tipped as the next big thing on a forum i frequent for my parkour training, however a few physios there advised strongly against it, I can't remember their exact argument but I'l have a look. I know it convinced me to look at other methods for increasing vertical jump

The main issue with this program that all pressure goes down to your knees.
If you do it wrong you may harm your knees.

What i mean saying wrong:
Doing exercises on hard surface.
Overworking muscles at free time.
Not enough rest for muscles.

Some extra vitamins, baths after training hours really helps to recover and relax leg muscles efficiently.
