this is a work in progress.i dint start actually building my own equipment until recently.when i decided that in order to have something exactly the way you want it.it has to be done by yourself. the boxing bag this was built with a small gym bag with a small bag of 50 pounds concrete mix.foam padding from some old computer chairs was taped around it tightly.then it was slipped inside of a pillow casing with more tape ont he outside.hung it up with a chain and tied down with 2 bungee cords to a heavy rock.we got rocks everywhere from boulders to indian heads. the speed bag used a small dog toy ball.drilled a hole in the middle of it.taped it up.inserted a long bungee cord through it and taped it some more to secure it and used a hose clamp to secure it again.attached one bungee hook to a ceiling attachment and the other to a chain and rock.

I'm real proud of my gym so wanted to post it up.. Nearly everything was bought used through craigslist and ebay along with home made stuff. Take advantage of craigslist!! My next plan is to cover the concrete w/ stall mat This was before Replaced the old airdyne with a new one. Sold speedbag for a double end bag which is placed where the bricks intersect (Bikes and ladder gone). replaced the everlast bag with banana bag. Covered roof with tarp so I can train in the rain. Tire and sledge on the other side. Ghr and some medicine balls/sand bags layin around too.. It's a lot but it's my hobby... I make use of it all and love training
