 Post subject: The newest addition to my home gym

Decided I wanted something new for my home gym and I came accross this on ebay, so I bidded on it and won. Had a quick go today and its great

It cost me £200, they don't come up very often 2nd hand in the UK, and they are £499 new.

It's a York STS Glute/Ham Bench. So basically a machine for doing GHR, and you can do back extensions, sit ups etc

All commercial gyms should have one really. The gyms near me don't even have squat racks, they all squat in the smith machines, crazy!
