Does anyone actually have this? I mean as in they bought it online. I'm gonna make some and im trying to see what kind of programs they come with. I'm not creative enough to come up with this stuff on my own, so any help would be greatly appriated.

I did actually read somewhere about someone who bought the full set, and returned it for a full refund! Cant remember which forum, It may have been this one.
Apparently, the person bought the full set, and was able to make a duplicate for less than $40 and from what I could make out there were only a few follow along workouts that were unique to the DVD's bundled, all of the instructional material was apparently found free on youtube and google video. Give or take possibly a few exercises.
Yours, Beev

I found a video set online for Lifeline's version of the TRX (I made my own which turned out to be essentially the exact same design as Lifeline's).
It was called Monkey Bar Gym Training. Tons of suspension exercises there.

I just made my suspension trainer, took me about 10min. There are videos with exercises on the blog, and some more on youtube. Enough to train for hours.

Have owned one since they came out about 2 years ago.
I love it.
However, I'd recommend checking out some of the homemade options on Ross' sticky or youtube some stuff. Otherwise, check out monkeybargym. Their stuff costs 1/2 as much and the only critique I've heard is that the plastic grips may wear out. There are other options out there that cost only about $50 if you don't go that route.
One thing I'd recommend is that if you do make them or order non-TRX suspension stuff is to get one where the straps are not connected, like ring systems. I know there are some knockoffs out there that you can buy this way. Just trust me, you'd be better off. And if you wanted to do some exercise(s) that required them to be connected, just get a carabiner from REI.
