RIP to all of you :D

I think it would become a total mental challenge. After the first 200, you would still have 100 to go.....

i'm in as well....will post later in the week....i did a 200 challenge about a month ago at 23 mintues - did the first 100 in 9 minutes and the second 100 in 14 additional mintues

my goal to push myself will be to complete the damn thing..haha..i'm shooting for 40 minutes as i know that last 100 will be a beotch

and just to be clear, these are proper burpees, with the full pushup and jump - no half assing guys :) :) or else we'll have to call it the squat thrust 300

30:55!!!!

Holy crap that was the most difficult thing of my life! I've done the Prison Workout before (i.e. 20 down ladder of burpees, total 210) and that was the most grueling thing to date, but this one smashes that by a mile!

In case anyone is wondering this was what I did:

10 a minute the first 10 minutes
11 a minute the next 10 minutes
then I took a minute break
10 a minute for 4 minutes
then I took a minute break
10 a minute for 3 miniutes
then I took a minute break
20 to round it out

I'm sure there are some studs that will break that time, but I'm very happy with it and will most likely never do this again in my life! :I am stupid:

I'll give an update tommorow how my body is reacting!

Although this workout seems bad ass and i am going to perform it next week, dont you think that it would be unnecessary? I mean there is no way you can do all 300 with high intensity, so it probably inst as benificial as say something from I.I.

BUT, still a great mental workout and probably something everyone should try atleast once.

Also good work to the guys who have performed it, and fuck man 30min is pretty fucking good.
