Breakfast
3 Cups Coffee Black
1 Apple
2 Slices Cheese

Lunch
1 Protein Powder & Water
1 Yogurt

Early Afternoon Snack
1 Banana

Mid-Afternoon Snack
1 Can Tuna

Late Afternoon Snack
1 Small Orange
1 Tbsp Sunflower seeds

Dinner
1 Cup Chicken Chili
10 Whole Wheat Crackers

Evening Snack
1 100 Calorie Oatmeal Cookie
10 Baby Carrots

Additional
1 tsp Glutamine powder w/ water
Multivitamin, Fish Oil, L-Lysine

100 Calorie Pudding

Dinner
1 Boneless Pork chop Grilled
1 1/2 Cup grilled vegetables

Evening Snack
2 Chocolate Chip Cookies
1/2 Stick Pretzel
1 Glass Merlot

Additional
1 tsp Glutamine powder w/ water
Multivitamin, Fish Oil, L-Lysine
