Late Afternoon Snack
1 Small Orange
1 Tbsp Sunflower seeds
Dinner
1 Cup Chicken Chili
10 Whole Wheat Crackers
Evening Snack
1 100 Calorie Oatmeal Cookie
10 Baby Carrots
Additional
1 tsp Glutamine powder w/ water
Multivitamin, Fish Oil, L-Lysine

2 Chocolate Chip Cookies
1/2 Stick Pretzel
1 Glass Merlot
Additional
1 tsp Glutamine powder w/ water
Multivitamin, Fish Oil, L-Lysine
