I'm using what looks like the same bag as the video, mine will take 45kg (just under 100lbs). I'm using a mixture of wood pellets and 5kg sand bricks (like the ones in Ross's orig SB), at the moment, I'm new to SB's and am starting light, and it seems to be working really well. The wood pellets fold around you, which is less painfull than sand bricks

Dave were are you getting the wood pellets from, the only ones I have seen in the UK are very expensive

I got them from just off the Dock road in Liverpool from Liverpool wood pellets, and they cost me £14 for 60kg. I went down and picked them up.

just made my own big bag with wood pellets after seeing the video on mountain athlete. I couldn't get pellets either (near london, all 1ton bags) so I looked around and ended up using cat littery. the wood pellet variety is exactly the same and is just made out of pressed saw dust. got mine at pets at home, 2 big bags for about £16. made my big bag no problem.
not as cheap as if you can find stove wood pellets but a good option if you can't.

Same with me!
I could only find wood pellets in hundreds of kg packages, so I used cat litter.
Today I did the first sandbag complexes of my life.
The bag is 40kg and damn that was a hard one.
Nice variation.
