For those familiar with the Deck of Cards workout(s), you may find this Excel file useful for creating unique variations. This file was created by one of the board members, and I've been meaning to upload it to the main site.

Here is the Excel file. You can simply save the file to your PC and begin creating unique workouts with ease:

Kudos to you and the author.

My first deck of cards workout (the classic one, black = burpees, red = pushups or viceversa) is a wonderful and painful memory from last summer, while doing it amid a thunderstorm at the track-n-field circuit.
I was pushed hard to do it in VERY little time!
Awesome!!!

This looks awesome! However I have Open Office so for some reason the generator hasn't been working for me. Oh well...I'll test it out a bit more.

I love the idea of the deck of cards and try it once or twice per week.

I've never been able to actually finish one in one session yet as I am just not fit enough.

I'll keep at it though!
