Oh well, while I was downloading it, I was just expecting a hard condtioning workout. I wasn't expecting the music from Christina Aguilera or the fast motion clips.

:)

I haven't seen it... but let's not start bashing everyone else and their methods. We don't need the negativity on the board.

It's good. I think he just got a bit carried away with those weighted bats as the be-all-and-end-all.

The ring pushups looked like fun. On the squat and press you couldn't see the press. The pullups at the end were, to be perfectly honest, not impressive. That video didn't make me want to spend money on an RMAX product.

I have many years of experience with Scott Sonnon. I have watched his site go from an interesting source of information to a new age cult. His site primarily exists to persuade people to buy his outrageously priced baseball bats. The workouts may be good, but any motivated and smart person on this board could easily make their own.

See http://www.geocities.com/fightraining/klub.html for a way to make your own. Don't let anyone from Sonnon's site con you into believing you need the "real thing". Your muscles will never know the difference between swinging a homemade or one that costs hundreds of dollars.

The bottom line is that Ross is one of the most fit individuals I have ever seen, and he has achieved it without having to swing a clubbell. The only two things you need to have are both of Ross’s books and then make your own equipment from the instructions in the books or the forum on this site.

I couldve done without that horrible song.
The video was okay I guess, but not impressive like Ross'.
