Hey,

I'm just wondering which one of Ross' books would be best for me. I have no access to a gym and no access to weights.

I was thinking about "Never Gymless". Is that the one i'd need?

Thanks
~Lime

Never Gymless is entirely dedicated to calisthenics, whilst Infinite Intensity emphasises several tools, e.g. weights, sandbags, calisthenics etc. For your situation, I'd say Never Gymless would be the best book

And what does Never Gymless go into?

Variations of push ups, pull ups, burpees, jogging guides and stuff?

And I quote...

Ross' product description... wrote:
Never Gymless is dedicated to home-based workouts which negate the need for a fully equipped gym.

Learn about bodyweight exercise for strength, endurance, and speed. Supplemental exercises with resistance bands are also included, as well as a simplified nutritional strategy for lifelong health and athletic performance.

II does show you how to make your own dumbells, which is just about all you need for the the sample wkout in II.

Either book, its IMPOSSIBLE TO GO WRONG!!

NG is more than just a list of exercises...Although the exercise index in the back is very good.

The value of the text lies in program creation. This is the most important aspect of training. The only way you will make gains is by training 'smart'. Get either book, you won't be disappointed.

NG might be better for your situation, but there is a lot of bodyweight stuff in II, and if you have access to any kind of equipment (such as a basement for space), the you can make a sandbag or your own dumbells etc.

Either way, make sure you have a place to do pullups.

In the long run i will get II, just not for about 3 months while my dad is getting his weight equipment into place.
