Thats from the show "Ninja Warrior". I beleive its on spike tv. Its on at night. Pretty cool show.

It's a very cool show. I was watching it over the weekend. I like the 3rd obstacle course where they go through those obstacles that require some serious grip strength, like the curtain cling and the cliffhanger. Really amazing stuff.

I actually tried to do a cliffhanger type workout in my basement, where I tried hanging off the rafters on my fingertips. Couldn't even hold it for more than a minute. :I am stupid:
